Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AK Style Drop. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a product with missing items.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, panties, bras, shapewear, and similar intimate products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement for the same product, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Online payment refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required account details are provided.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Return Shipping

Depending on the product and supplier, we may arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product to the specified return address. Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (unless covered on the product page).
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
